Pregnancy is a time of great changes in your body and there are huge benefits to being fit and active. Unfortunately many women are unsure of what they can and can’t do in pregnancy. The most common advice is generic, unhelpful and often false. My classes will provide you with the tools you need to have the best pregnancy and delivery you can! 

To ensure you are safe to participate in class and to allow me to tailor the class for you we need to do a brief intake/assessment. This can be done either in person or online. This 1:1 session is essential if you want to claim the classes on your private health insurance.

Class Format

  • Classes run in a 6 week block with one 1 hr class per week
  • The first 15-20 minutes of class will be education on a variety of pregnancy and birth related topics
  • The exercise component will include resistance/strength training, cardio and stretching all individually tailored for you and designed to meet the needs of your changing pregnant body
  • The exercises done in class are designed such that you can repeat the workouts on your own in your home as well
  • Class participants will also get postnatal support to help navigate those first few weeks of recovery post delivery
